✓ Property Brief – Give us a brief description of your property and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
✓ Meeting – If your property meets our criteria we will call and setup a meeting with our property alliance team
✓ Site Visit – Once sanctioned our resort appraisal team will visit your property along with you to map out location, feasibility etc.
✓ Proposal – After site visit we will mutually work out the terms and conditions and draft a proposal.

The very first sight of the hotel location simply mesmerized us. The boat ride to the hotel set the tone. I could have never imagined the reception we got. The unlimited spa and massages and great meals thrown shall be a surreal experience. The room we saw was beautifully designed with an attached in room spa and stylish bathroom. We look forward coming back and to an awesome stay.

I would say that it shall be the best hotel in Kerala. Situated in a picturesque natural setting the hotel is a perfect place for the nature lovers. I got to have a peek at the hotel in its pre opening stage. The hotel rooms were great, food was delicious, room service was extremely quick and for that extra leisure there were scores of recreational activities for the guests. I just couldn’t ask for more. My experience was out of the world.
